Jurassic World release date: When is Jurassic World 2 out in the USA and UK?

Jurassic World is being released worldwide on various dates over the first few months of the summer.

The Jurassic World sequel, Fallen Kingdom, already had its premiere at the WiZink Center in Madrid on May 21, 2018.

But American fans of the dinosaur franchise will have to make sure they stay spoiler free, as they have to wait for the movie to premiere stateside.

Responses from the premiere featured rave support for the director, JA Bayona, but haven’t edged into spoiler territory yet.

When is Jurassic Would 2 out in the USA?

The dinosaur movie will be released in America on June 22, 2018.

Mexico will also have to wait until then, but Thailand and Japan must wait even longer.

There haven’t been many spoilers leaked even after the premiere in Spain, though given how long America has to wait that is unlikely to hold.

A survey from Fandango, the American movie ticket platform, revealed Fallen Kingdom was one of the most anticipated films of 2018.

There are plenty of trailers, behind-the-scenes videos, and interviews to keep American fans going in the meantime.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is predicted to take between £97.8 million – £112.8m ($130m – $150m) in its opening weekend.

Fans in the UK won’t have to wait nearly as long as those in America.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will arrive in UK cinemas on Wednesday, June 6.

With a release date two weeks ahead of America, fans in the UK may have the chance to spoil the film.

Most of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom was filmed at Pinewood Studios, with location shots in Hawaii.

Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are set to reprise their roles, and BD Wong will also appear as Dr Henry Wu.

Jeff Goldblum is set to cameo as Dr Ian Malcolm, and new actors to the franchise include Rafe Spall, Toby Jones, and Geraldine Chaplin.
