Melania Trump: Is First Lady COPYING Ivanka Trump with latest outfit choice?
Ivanka Trump stepped out in a pair of very wide-leg denim jeans earlier this year, sending social media into a frenzy with her bold choice.
Perhaps hoping to create a similar furore, Melania also opted for some vey unusual wide-leg trousers as she touched down in Washington DC with Donald.
Melania wore the striking trousers with a pair of apple green block heel courts. She also wore a matching green cardigan which she buttoned up all the way to the top.
As it was nighttime when the duo arrived, Melania ditched her signature sunglasses. As always, her hair was perfectly coiffed in a bouncy blow-dry.
Holding hands with Donald as they walked into the White House, Melania beamed with big smiles for the camera.
The trip, which has seen the Trumps take in Saudi Arabia, Israel, Vatican City and Brussels, has been a massive success for Melania, who has stepped out in a number of striking outfits.
For her last day, Melania wore a Dolce & Gabbana floral maxi dress as she enjoyed an art tour with other G7 summit wives.
The maxi-dress featured a flowing skirt and loose sleeves, presumably allowing the First Lady to stay cool in the heat.
Earlier in the week, Melania sparked controversy for wearing a $51,500 jacket, also by Dolce & Gabbana.
The 47-year-old stepped out of a car wearing a huge smile, a cream flower embossed dress with an empire neckline and one very colourful jacket.
The collarless coat was covered in 3D flowers of every variety and in an assortment of colours.
A bag matching with the coat finished off the look and she accessorised with some square, thick-framed black sunglasses.
