Royal wedding dresses through the years in pictures: Queen Elizabeth II to Kate Middleton
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were the first of two royal couples to tie the knot in 2018, with Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank to follow later in the year.
Both royal couples will marry at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor.
Prince Harry married Meghan on May 19, 2018 and the Queen’s granddaughter, Prince Eugenie will say “I do” in the autumn, on October 12.
Meghan Markle wore a simple and elegant wedding dress with a open bateau neckline designed by Claire Waight Keller for Givenchy.
Her veil featured hand-embroided flora from all of the 53 countries of the Commonwealth.

Queen Elizabeth II who wore a gown designed by Norman Hartnell for her wedding to Prince Philip in 1947.
The white satin gown was made with soft Damascus Prokar which was purchased with rationing coupons following the end of the Second World War.
Kate Middleton’s stunning vintage-inspired wedding dress was designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen and featured a corset and floral lace sleeves.
The iconic ivory dress reportedly cost £250,000 and has inspired many replicas since.
Will Princess Eugenie take inspiration from her mother Sarah Ferguson, who married Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, in 1986 at Westminster Abbey?
The Duchess of York wore an ivory gown made of duchesse satin by British designer Lindka Cierach.
