The Predator: Monster aliens are ‘SCARIER than ever’ – Olivia Munn teases ‘b*****’ beasts

Munn, 38, was appearing on The Late, Late Show With James Corden when she teased how ferocious the beast in the latest part of the franchise is.

“The Predator is about the predator,” Munn quipped.

“I play the evolutionary scientist brought in by the CIA to understand why this Predator is so much more badass than any other Predator before.

“Everything evolves, right? Humans, animals, plants. So we thought what would happen if an alien also evolved.

“So this one is literally the baddest one we could go up against.

“My character is brought in to understand why it is this way, and then it escapes and then, you know… the movie goes on.”

Munn has been dominating headlines around the film’s release, after approaching studio bosses over a scene in which her co-star in it was a registered sex offender; something she discovered long after filming wrapped.

The studio deleted the scene, but Munn said she felt “isolated” from her co-stars, who seemingly failed to support her in the aftermath.

But the victim of the man’s abuse, Paige Carnes, has come forward to thank the former Newsroom star for taking a stand.

“My purpose in making this statement is to reclaim my identity,” the now 24-year-old told the Los Angeles Times.

“I was not able to speak for myself when I was 14. The consequences of this abuse are profound and permanent for some.”

She added: “[Munn] spoke up for me. She took a stance for me. In turn she stood for all who have suffered like I have.

“To be acknowledged by a stranger, on a public platform about this issue is incredibly empowering.

“The positive feedback from social media towards Olivia Munn is uplifting and feels incredibly supportive for me personally.”

“Dear Paige, your bravery and strength by stepping out from behind the Jane Doe title and ‘reclaiming your identity’ is incredibly awe-inspiring,” Munn replied.
